Today I was in a meeting with 3 supervisors
and about 25 employees discussing a 3-5%
pay raise.

I found it quite hilarious how others in the room
actually thought they were in control of
the direction their lives are headed.

It can be quite a sad sight when grown adults
bitch and moan about making more money
when they have all the power at their
fingertips to change the circumstances of
day to day life.
